On September 3rd, 2025 we are proud to co-host an Estate Planning Clinic in Providence that is focused on protecting queer families and strengthening peace of mind. With recent growing uncertainty around the future of marriage equality, we want to ensure that LGBTQ+ couples have access to the legal tools they need to safeguard their relationships and loved ones.

At this clinic, both Rhode Island and Massachusetts residents will receive low-cost support in preparing key estate planning documents, including: Last Will & Testament, Health Care Power of Attorney, and Gender-Durable Power of Attorney.
